Srixon ZXiR Irons: New Options for More Support in Long Game

Srixon expands its iron range for golfers seeking more support in their long game.

Srixon raises the bar in the game-improvement iron segment with the new ZXiR and ZXiR HL irons. These models cater to golfers wanting more support and comfort in their long shots—whether that’s more distance, better control, or a better feel. The new options complement the ZXi series, offering a softer feel with high forgiveness and easing entry into the ZXi iron family.

Srixon: New Material, New Feel

At the core of the development is a new material called i-ALLOY, approximately 10% softer than typical 431 stainless steel, resulting in reduced vibrations and a softer impact feel. Combined with the updated MainFrame face technology, the irons deliver a smoother strike with increased ball speed. The sweet spot is precisely positioned for optimal performance for most players.

Visually, the irons maintain their signature ZXi look with a cavity-back design and slim topline but feature broader soles, longer faces, and more offset to inspire confidence, especially at address. The HL variant is designed for players with slower clubhead speed who benefit from higher launch angles for easier ball flight.

The ZXi family now includes seven models, offering tailored options for nearly every swing type. Srixon continues to provide versatility with shaft options from KBS, grips from Golf Pride, and various combinations for optimized setups. The new irons are available for preorder through fittings starting December 4, 2025, with the official launch on February 6, 2026. Pricing for a set of six irons is €1,049, available in both steel and graphite shaft versions.
