DP World Tour: Wiesberger to open Hero Dubai Desert Classic tee times

The DP World Tour has announced the tee times for the Hero Dubai Desert Classic. Bernd Wiesberger will start the tournament alongside Joel Girrbach, with several Germans participating.

The Hero Dubai Desert Classic on the DP World Tour will start for the second time in 2026. The opening tee shot will be played by Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach together in one group at 7:05 a.m. Marcel Schneider will start simultaneously on the back nine and is one of several Germans competing in the tournament. Rory McIlroy will begin alongside Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton.

Wiesberger, Girrbach and Schneider start; Steinlechner finishes

As the first German, Marcel Schneider will tee off at 7:05 a.m. local time together with Kazuma Kobori and Ethan Fang on the back nine. Their second round starts at 11:25 a.m.

At the same time, Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach will tee off with Ricardo Gouveia on the first nine holes. Their second round also begins at 11:25 a.m.

At 8:25 a.m., Freddy Schott will start his round alongside Jack Senior and Andrea Pavan. The next day, their round begins at 12:45 p.m.

Jeremy Paul will play from 8:45 a.m. with Renato Paratore and Christian Maas. His Friday round tees off at 1:05 p.m.

Nicolai Von Dellingshausen will begin at 11:35 a.m. together with Ewen Ferguson and Matthew Jordan, with a second round starting at 7:15 a.m.

After finishing T14 at the Dubai Invitational, Marcel Siem will begin the tournament at 12:05 p.m. with Niklas Lemke and Brandon Robinson-Thompson. Their subsequent round starts at 7:45 a.m.

The first day will end with Maximilian Steinlechner from Austria, who will tee off at 12:55 p.m. alongside Francesco Laporta and Antoine Rozner. Their second round starts at 8:35 a.m.

The highlight group of the tournament features Rory McIlroy starting together with Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton. The stars will begin their round at 8:05 a.m. local time, with their second round starting at 12:25 p.m.
