DP World Tour: Wiesberger to Lead Off at Hero Dubai Desert Classic

The DP World Tour has announced tee times for the Hero Dubai Desert Classic with Bernd Wiesberger starting alongside Joel Girrbach. Multiple Germans participate.

The Hero Dubai Desert Classic marks the DP World Tour’s second event of 2026. Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach will kick off the tournament in a group starting at 7:05 AM. Simultaneously, Marcel Schneider, one of several German players, will start on the back nine. Rory McIlroy will tee off alongside Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton.

Wiesberger, Girrbach and Schneider Start; Steinlechner Finishes

Marcel Schneider will be the first German to start, teeing off at 7:05 AM local time alongside Kazuma Kobori and Ethan Fang from the back nine. Their second round begins at 11:25 AM. Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach, together with Ricardo Gouveia, will start on the front nine at the same time, with their second round also at 11:25 AM.

Freddy Schott begins at 8:25 AM with Jack Senior and Andrea Pavan, followed by a 12:45 PM start the next day. Jeremy Paul tees off at 8:45 AM with Renato Paratore and Christian Maas, and will start his second round at 1:05 PM on Friday. Nicolai Von Dellingshausen will start at 11:35 AM with Ewen Ferguson and Matthew Jordan, with his second round beginning at 7:15 AM.

Marcel Siem, after finishing T14 at the Dubai Invitational, will start at 12:05 PM alongside Niklas Lemke and Brandon Robinson-Thompson, with their further rounds at 7:45 AM. Maximilian Steinlechner of Austria will close the first day, starting at 12:55 PM with Francesco Laporta and Antoine Rozner; their second round begins at 8:35 AM.

The highlight flight features Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood, and Tyrrell Hatton, teeing off at 8:05 AM local time. Their second round will start at 12:25 PM.
