The Hero Dubai Desert Classic on the DP World Tour will start for the second time in 2026. The tournament will kick off with Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach teeing off together at 7:05 AM. Marcel Schneider, one of several Germans participating, will start simultaneously on the back nine. Rory McIlroy will begin alongside Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton.
Wiesberger, Girrbach and Schneider Start; Steinlechner to Finish
Marcel Schneider, the first German, will tee off at 7:05 AM local time together with Kazuma Kobori and Ethan Fang on the back nine. Their second round begins at 11:25 AM.
At the same time, Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach will start their round on the front nine alongside Ricardo Gouveia. Their second round also starts at 11:25 AM.
Freddy Schott will begin at 8:25 AM with Jack Senior and Andrea Pavan, with his next round starting at 12:45 PM.
Jeremy Paul tees off at 8:45 AM with Renato Paratore and Christian Maas, with a second round starting at 1:05 PM on Friday.
Nicolai Von Dellingshausen starts at 11:35 AM alongside Ewen Ferguson and Matthew Jordan, with his second round at 7:15 AM.
Marcel Siem, after finishing T14 at the Dubai Invitational, begins at 12:05 PM with Niklas Lemke and Brandon Robinson-Thompson, with further rounds beginning at 7:45 AM.
The first day will conclude with Maximilian Steinlechner from Austria, who starts at 12:55 PM alongside Francesco Laporta and Antoine Rozner. Their second round begins at 8:35 AM.
