DP World Tour: Wiesberger to Lead Off at Hero Dubai Desert Classic

The DP World Tour announced tee times for the Hero Dubai Desert Classic. Bernd Wiesberger and Joel Girrbach will lead off the tournament. Multiple Germans participate.

At the Hero Dubai Desert Classic of the DP World Tour, the tour will start for the second time in 2026. The first tee-off includes Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach at 7:05 AM. Marcel Schneider also starts on the back nine and is among several Germans playing in the tournament. Rory McIlroy will start alongside Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton.

Wiesberger, Girrbach, and Schneider Start; Steinlechner Finishes

First among the Germans is Marcel Schneider, teeing off at 7:05 local time with Kazuma Kobori and Ethan Fang on the back nine, with their second round beginning at 11:25 AM.

Simultaneously, Bernd Wiesberger and Joel Girrbach start on the front nine with Ricardo Gouveia, also beginning their second round at 11:25 AM.

At 8:25 AM, Freddy Schott will start with Jack Senior and Andrea Pavan, with their next round at 12:45 PM the following day.

Jeremy Paul will begin at 8:45 AM alongside Renato Paratore and Christian Maas; their second round starts at 1:05 PM on Friday.

Nicolai Von Dellingshausen will tee off at 11:35 AM with Ewen Ferguson and Matthew Jordan, with the second round beginning at 7:15 AM.

After finishing T14 at the Dubai Invitational, Marcel Siem starts at 12:05 PM with Niklas Lemke and Brandon Robinson-Thompson, continuing with a 7:45 AM start the next day.

The final group on day one features Maximilian Steinlechner from Austria, who starts at 12:55 PM with Francesco Laporta and Antoine Rozner, with their second round at 8:35 AM.
