Marcel Schneider also starts on the back nine and is among several Germans playing in the tournament. Rory McIlroy will start alongside Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton.

First among the Germans is Marcel Schneider, teeing off at 7:05 local time with Kazuma Kobori and Ethan Fang on the back nine, with their second round beginning at 11:25 AM.
Simultaneously, Bernd Wiesberger and Joel Girrbach start on the front nine with Ricardo Gouveia, also beginning their second round at 11:25 AM.
At 8:25 AM, Freddy Schott will start with Jack Senior and Andrea Pavan, with their next round at 12:45 PM the following day.
Jeremy Paul will begin at 8:45 AM alongside Renato Paratore and Christian Maas; their second round starts at 1:05 PM on Friday.
