Patrick Reed wins in Dubai, Andy Sullivan takes second. DACH players Schneider, von Dellingshausen, Girrbach, and Schott finish mid-field.
American Patrick Reed secured the title at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic on the DP World Tour at the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai, the gem of the Persian Gulf in the United Arab Emirates. Although Reed could not quite replicate his earlier performances on the final day, an even-par round was enough for the professional player from San Antonio, Texas, to claim victory.
Mixed Final Day Suffices for Victory
Reed was not flawless on the front nine, registering at least one bogey. On the back nine, he managed to recover at the 10th hole but faltered at the 11th, missing two attempts to hole out and posting another bogey. He balanced this with a birdie at the 13th. With a total of 14-under-par, Reed comfortably secured the title ahead of the Frenchman Julien Guerrier, Spaniard David Puig, and Englishman Andy Sullivan. With this victory, Reed jumped from 107th to 2nd place in the Race to Dubai.

DP World Tour: Sullivan Fights to Second Place
Andy Sullivan proved himself in the closing stages of the final round to secure sole second place. The Englishman struggled on the front nine with four bogeys and just one birdie. However, he recovered on the back nine with four birdies to shoot a 71, including a birdie on the 18th to clinch second place by a narrow margin. Despite finishing at ten under par, he remained under pressure from third-placed David Puig and Julien Guerrier, who both ended with nine under par.
David Puig closed with a 73, tying with Julien Guerrier, who improved seven spots on the leaderboard with a strong 69.
