The DP World Tour returns to the Royal Golf Club in Bahrain from January 29 to February 1 with the Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship, held on a modern par-72 course in Al Mazrowiah known for its wide fairways and challenging greens. This tournament is an important stop early in the season, attracting a strongly contested international field.
Numerous DACH Players Compete at the DP World Tour
Several players from the DACH region are participating. Marcel Schneider kicks off the tournament day early at 6:30 a.m. local time from Tee 1. Nicolai von Dellingshausen also tees off from Tee 1 at 7:30 a.m., while Bernd Wiesberger starts from Tee 10 simultaneously. Maximilian Steinlechner follows at 7:50 a.m. from Tee 1. Later in the morning and at midday, German-speaking players Freddy Schott (11:30 a.m., Tee 10), Marcel Siem (11:40 a.m., Tee 1), and Joel Girrbach (12:00 p.m., Tee 10) join the competition. The tournament will be broadcast live Thursday through Sunday starting at 9:30 a.m. on MagentaTV.
