The DP World Tour returns to the Royal Golf Club in Bahrain from January 29 to February 1 with the Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship, held on a modern par-72 course in Al Mazrowiah known for its wide fairways and challenging greens. The event marks a significant early-season stop and attracts a strong international field.
Many DACH Players Compete at the DP World Tour
From the DACH region, several players are in action. Marcel Schneider opens the tournament day early at 6:30 AM local time from Tee 1. Nicolai von Dellingshausen also tees off at 7:30 AM from Tee 1, while Bernd Wiesberger starts simultaneously from Tee 10. Maximilian Steinlechner follows at 7:50 AM from Tee 1. Later in the morning and at midday, Freddy Schott (11:30 AM, Tee 10), Marcel Siem (11:40 AM, Tee 1), and Joel Girrbach (12:00 PM, Tee 10) join the field. The tournament will be broadcast live Thursday through Sunday from 9:30 AM on MagentaTV.
