Schott battles for the lead on Moving Day at the DP World Tour in Bahrain

Freddy Schott fought for the lead on day three of the DP World Tour in Bahrain ahead of the final day. With a flawless front nine and four birdies, he early took the lead from leader Calum Hill. Hill had quickly lost his two-stroke advantage after three bogeys and only one birdie on the first six holes. Schott first leveled with birdies on holes 3 and 5 and extended his lead with further success on holes 8 and 9 through precise shots and safe putts.

Calum Hill regained the lead with another birdie on 15 while Schott could no longer mount a decisive attack and recorded an unfortunate bogey on 18. Thus, Hill heads into the final day with a two-stroke lead (-16) over Schott (-14).
