DP World Tour: Freddy Schott’s Second Eagle of the Week
After an excellent round on Thursday, Freddy Schott aimed to reaffirm his performance on Friday and position himself well for the weekend. He started strong, with a clean shot on hole 1 setting up his first birdie of the day. Nicolai Von Dellingshausen was unable to replicate his previous day’s form, ending Friday at 1 under par and falling back to 14th place. He played mistake-free for much of the back nine, starting with a birdie on his first hole, and added further birdies on holes 13 and 1. However, two poor shots on hole 3 and a missed short putt on hole 7 led to two bogeys to close his round. Nevertheless, Von Dellingshausen remains in contention at 7 under par overall, just one stroke behind the chase group tied for 4th place.
