Bernhard Langer and son Jason played well at the PNC Championship but missed the podium as defending champions.
The PNC Championship, held at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Orlando, Florida, concluded the 2025 PGA Champions Tour season with a family-style scramble tournament. Team Kuchar emerged victorious, finishing ahead of Team Love and Team Daly. Bernhard Langer and his son Jason tied for seventh place, while fan favorite John Daly and his son John II tied for second.
Team Kuchar, consisting of 2016 Ryder Cup winner Matt Kuchar and his son Cameron, delivered a flawless performance. On Saturday, they carded 15 birdies for a 15-under round. They followed up with 14 birdies and two eagles on Sunday, finishing at 33-under-par to claim the title.
Team Daly and Team Love both finished at 26-under-par to share second place. John Daly and his son John II impressed with two rounds of 59, each featuring nine birdies and two eagles. Davis Love III, the 1997 PGA Champion, and his son Dru opened with a 60 and followed with a bogey-free round of 14 birdies.
Nelly Korda finishes T4 at PNC Championship
Former Ryder Cup captain Steve Stricker teamed up with his daughter Izzi, finishing tied for fourth at 25-under-par. They shared the position with Team Korda, featuring two-time major winner and Olympic gold medalist Nelly Korda and her father Petr. The Kordas opened with a 60 and improved to a 59 on Sunday.

Two-time Masters champion Bernhard Langer and his son Jason, last year’s winners, couldn’t repeat their success. They opened with a bogey-free 61 and improved to a 60 on Sunday, finishing at 23-under-par and tied for seventh place.
