The challenging South Course, with its long par-4s, narrow fairways, and notorious greens, is a true test, while the slightly shorter North Course may appear more scorable but offers no easy gifts. This combination ensures a high-quality field and early sporting excitement every year.
From a German perspective, the tournament start is especially interesting: Stephan Jäger, Thomas Rosenmüller, Matti Schmid, and Jeremy Paul are set to compete. Jäger and Rosenmüller have the opportunity for an aggressive start on the North Course, while Schmid faces strong international competition on the South Course.
Brooks Koepka’s Comeback at the PGA Tour
Another big highlight is the comeback of Brooks Koepka on the PGA Tour. The multiple major winner tees off on the South Course alongside Ludvig Åberg and Max Homa – a group sure to draw early tournament and fan attention. Koepka’s return adds extra star power to an already elite field, making the Farmers Insurance Open even more exciting. The tournament will be broadcast on MagentaTV on Thursday and Friday from 5:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 PM (all times in German time).
