German players and Brooks Koepka’s comeback bring excitement to the Farmers Insurance Open kickoff at Torrey Pines. Check out the tee times.
As the first tee times are announced for the Farmers Insurance Open, attention turns once again to Torrey Pines – one of the most iconic venues on the PGA Tour. The challenging South Course, with its long par-4s, narrow fairways, and notorious greens, is a real test, while the slightly shorter North Course appears more scorable but doesn’t give away many gifts either. This combination consistently attracts a high-caliber field and early sporting excitement each year.
From a German perspective, the tournament start is particularly interesting: Stephan Jäger, Thomas Rosenmüller, Matti Schmid, and Jeremy Paul are all in the field. Jäger and Rosenmüller have a chance for an aggressive start on the North Course, while Schmid faces strong international competition right from the start on the South Course.
Brooks Koepka’s Comeback on the PGA Tour
Another major story is the comeback of Brooks Koepka on the PGA Tour. The multiple major winner tees off alongside Ludvig Åberg and Max Homa on the South Course – a group that is expected to draw early tournament and fan focus. Koepka’s return adds extra star power to an already strong field, making the Farmers Insurance Open even more exciting. The tournament will be broadcast on MagentaTV Thursday and Friday from 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 5 pm (CET).
The tee times are given in Central European Time (CET).
