German players and Brooks Koepka’s comeback bring excitement to the PGA Tour start at Torrey Pines. Find out the tee times here.
As the first tee times are announced for the Farmers Insurance Open, attention turns once again to Torrey Pines – one of the most iconic venues on the PGA Tour. The challenging South Course, with its long par-4 holes, narrow fairways, and notorious greens, is a true test, while the slightly shorter North Course appears more scorable but gives no gifts. This combination annually attracts a high-class field and early sporting excitement.
From a German perspective, the tournament start is especially interesting: Stephan Jäger, Thomas Rosenmüller, Matti Schmid, and Jeremy Paul are competing. Jäger and Rosenmüller have the chance for an aggressive start on the North Course, while Schmid faces strong international competition directly on the South Course.
Brooks Koepka’s Comeback on the PGA Tour
Another major highlight is Brooks Koepka’s return to the PGA Tour. The multiple major winner tees off together with Ludvig Åberg and Max Homa on the South Course – a group likely to draw early tournament and fan attention. Koepka’s return adds extra star power to an already elite field, making the Farmers Insurance Open even more exciting. The tournament will be broadcast on MagentaTV on Thursday and Friday from 6:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 PM (German time).
