The biggest PGA Tour party happens in Phoenix during Super Bowl weekend, while LIV Golf kicks off its new season in Riyadh. Live golf on TV.
This week, LIV Golf starts its new season with the kickoff in Riyadh, featuring several changes both in personnel and organization. Most notably, the tournament format has been extended to 72 holes, meaning four rounds over four days. Sky will broadcast all four days live, and LIV Golf will also continue to be available on DAZN.
In addition to LIV Golf, Sky is also covering another rarely televised event this week: the R&A’s Africa Amateur Championship, taking place February 4-7, 2026, at Royal Johannesburg in South Africa. The players will compete on the prestigious East Course, and the winner will earn a spot at the 154th Open at Royal Birkdale as well as the 2026 Amateur Championship.
Magenta TV and the DP World Tour continue with the Qatar Masters in the Middle East, but the biggest party of the week will be in Phoenix. Traditionally held during the Super Bowl weekend, the PGA Tour will be at TPC Scottsdale for the WM Phoenix Open, with the 16th hole as the event highlight.
