PGA Tour Tee Times: Straka, Schmid and Jäger at The American Express 2026

The tee times for The American Express on the PGA Tour are set, with three DACH players starting on different courses.

At the second tournament of the PGA Tour named The American Express, players tee off on Thursday across three different courses at PGA West in La Quinta, Southern California. PGA West is a world-renowned golf and lifestyle resort, dubbed ‘The Western Home of Golf in America’, featuring multiple clubhouses and a total of nine golf courses despite La Quinta’s population of around 40,000. The tournament will be played on the Pete Dye Stadium Course, La Quinta Country Club, and the Nicklaus Tournament Course.

Alongside last year’s titleholder from Austria Sepp Straka, two German players are competing in this tournament. Matti Schmid is playing his second tournament this season after missing the cut last weekend in Hawaii, while Stephan Jäger makes his 2026 season debut in California.
