PGA Tour Tee Times: Straka, Schmid and Jäger at The American Express 2026

The tee times for The American Express on the PGA Tour are set. Three DACH players will start on three different golf courses.

At the second tournament of the PGA Tour, The American Express, players will tee off on Thursday across three different courses at PGA West in La Quinta, southern California, known as the “Golden State.” PGA West is a world-renowned golf and lifestyle resort nicknamed “The Western Home of Golf in America,” featuring various clubhouses and nine distinct golf courses, despite La Quinta having only about 40,000 residents. The tournament will be played across the Pete Dye Stadium Course, La Quinta Country Club, and Nicklaus Tournament Course.

Besides last year’s defending champion from Austria, Sepp Straka, two German players will participate in this tournament. Matti Schmid is starting his second tournament this season after missing the cut last weekend in Hawaii. Stephan Jäger will make his 2026 season debut in California. MagentaTV will broadcast the tournament live from Thursday to Sunday starting at 5:30 PM.
