The tee times for The American Express on the PGA Tour are set. Three DACH players start on three different courses.
At the second tournament of the PGA Tour The American Express, players tee off on Thursday across three different courses at PGA West in La Quinta, Southern California. Known as “The Western Home of Golf in America,” PGA West is a world-renowned golf and lifestyle resort featuring multiple clubhouses and nine courses, despite La Quinta having only about 40,000 residents. During the tournament, players will compete on the Pete Dye Stadium Course, La Quinta Country Club, and Nicklaus Tournament Course.
Alongside last year’s title defender from Austria Sepp Straka, two German players are competing in this tournament. Matti Schmid is playing his second tournament this season after missing the cut last weekend in Hawaii. Stephan Jäger is making his 2026 season debut in California. Matti Schmid tees off at 18:03 CET (GMT+1) on the Nicklaus Tournament Course, defending champion Sepp Straka starts at 19:31 on the La Quinta Country Club course, and Stephan Jäger also begins at 19:31 but on the Pete Dye Stadium Course.
