The Hero Dubai Desert Classic marks the second event of the DP World Tour in 2026. The opening shot will be taken by Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach, who will share an early tee time at 7:05 AM. At the same time, German Marcel Schneider will begin on the back nine and is among several German players competing. Rory McIlroy will start alongside Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton.

First among the Germans, Marcel Schneider tees off at 7:05 AM local time with Kazuma Kobori and Ethan Fang, starting on the back nine. Their second round begins at 11:25 AM. Simultaneously, Austrian Bernd Wiesberger and Swiss Joel Girrbach begin on the first nine holes with Ricardo Gouveia, also starting their second round at 11:25 AM.
Freddy Schott begins his round at 8:25 AM with Jack Senior and Andrea Pavan, starting his second round at 12:45 PM the following day. Jeremy Paul tees off at 8:45 AM with Renato Paratore and Christian Maas; his Friday round starts at 1:05 PM.
Nicolai Von Dellingshausen will start at 11:35 AM alongside Ewen Ferguson and Matthew Jordan; his second round kicks off at 7:15 AM. After finishing T14 at the Dubai Invitational, Marcel Siem begins at 12:05 PM with Niklas Lemke and Brandon Robinson-Thompson, with their next round starting at 7:45 AM.
The day ends with Maximilian Steinlechner from Austria, teeing off at 12:55 PM with Francesco Laporta and Antoine Rozner. Their second round starts at 8:35 AM.
