Mizuno Pro Modern Series: Precision Meets Speed in New Irons

Mizuno launches the Pro M-13 and M-15 irons, offering players a new generation focused on speed, control, and feel in a classic shape.

With the introduction of the Pro Modern Series, Mizuno opens a new chapter in its Pro line. The M-13 and M-15 models target ambitious golfers seeking modern performance features without sacrificing compact head shapes, solid feel, and precise feedback at impact. These models cater to different player types and complement Mizuno’s existing Pro range with a contemporary, performance-oriented option.

Mizuno Pro M-13: Tour-Shape with Modern Power

The Pro M-13 succeeds the Pro 243, combining classic proportions with an advanced design. It is aimed at players desiring a fast, stable ball flight with maximum precision in scoring irons.

The long irons feature a three-piece forged structure using Chromoly and stainless steel, enabling an ultra-thin face that delivers significantly more ball speed than its predecessor. Despite increased dynamics, feedback remains clear and direct. The mid irons offer additional flex for consistent distances, while the short irons and wedges employ one-piece forging for prioritized precision and feel.

Performance is further enhanced by tuned vibration dampening and a tour-inspired sole for clean turf interaction.

Pro M-15: Increased Launch and Stability

The M-15, successor to the Pro 245, targets players seeking higher ball launch and added forgiveness without giving up a compact look. The set offers harmonious transitions in shape, feel, and performance from long irons to wedges.

Its core is the advanced CORTECH face technology found in irons 4 through 8, combined with a hollow body construction for higher ball speeds and consistent results. Strategically placed tungsten weights boost launch and stability, promoting a straight, reliable ball flight. The short irons emphasize control, supported by a partially hollow forged design.

An optimized sole geometry improves turf contact, while targeted damping elements provide a solid feel at impact.
