Srixon expands its iron lineup with the ZXiR and ZXiR HL, targeting golfers seeking more support in their long game.
Srixon raises the bar in the game-improvement iron segment with the new ZXiR and ZXiR HL irons. These models cater to golfers wanting more support and comfort in their shots—whether looking for added length, better control, or an improved feel. The new options complement the existing series and simplify entry into the ZXi irons family, combining a soft feel with high forgiveness.
Srixon: New Material, New Feel
At the core is a new material called i-ALLOY, which is about ten percent softer than standard 431 stainless steel, delivering reduced vibrations and a softer impact sensation. Paired with a revised face technology named MainFrame pattern, this combination generates a smoother feel while increasing ball speed. The sweet spot is engineered to align precisely with where most players strike.
The irons maintain the classic ZXi aesthetics with a cavity-back design and slim topline, enhanced by wider soles, longer faces, and increased offset to provide confidence and a better feel at address. The HL variant is crafted for players with slower swing speeds, focusing on higher launch angles to aid ball flight.
Fitting and Selection – Beyond Standard
The ZXi family now includes seven models, meeting almost every swing profile’s needs. Srixon continues to offer customization options with KBS shaft selections, Golf Pride grips, and many combinations, providing fitters and players all they need to optimize their setup. The new irons become available for pre-order via fittings starting December 4, 2025, with official release on February 6, 2026. Pricing for six irons is set at €1,049 for both steel and graphite shaft versions.
