Isi Gabsa and Celina Sattelkau secured limited status on the LET for 2025 after finishing inside the top 50 at Q-School.
The Ladies European Tour Q-School concluded with two German players, Isi Gabsa and Celina Sattelkau, earning limited playing rights for the upcoming season. Gabsa finished T21, narrowly missing out on a full tour card by a single stroke, while Sattelkau ended T36. Carolin Kauffmann just missed the top 50 cutoff, finishing 51st after a costly bogey on the final hole. The event, shortened to 72 holes due to poor weather, was won by Poland’s Dorota Zalewska with an impressive 19-under-par total.
LET Q-School: Gabsa’s Late Charge Falls Short
Isi Gabsa delivered her best round of the week on Saturday, carding a 66 to climb the leaderboard. She made three consecutive birdies from holes 5 to 7 and added four more on the back nine. A lone bogey on the 12th hole ultimately proved costly, leaving her one shot shy of the top 20 and a full tour card.
Celina Sattelkau played a steady final round with two birdies and one bogey, finishing at six under par for T36. The 24-year-old improves her category status from 17 to 16 for the 2025 season, giving her more playing opportunities.
Final-Hole Bogey Costs Kauffmann a Spot
Carolin Kauffmann was inside the top 50 until the final hole, where a bogey dropped her to 51st. Despite missing out on a better category, her 85th place on the Order of Merit secures her Category 17 status for 2025 and eligibility for most events.
Sophie Hausmann also narrowly missed the top 50, finishing T58 at three under par. Her final-round 69, including an eagle on the 10th, was her best of the week, but a poor opening round at three over par proved too much to overcome. Having played primarily on the Epson Tour in recent years, the LET miss is not a major setback for the 28-year-old.
