Isi Gabsa and Celina Sattelkau secured limited status for the 2026 LET season after finishing inside the top 50 at Q-School.
At the Ladies European Tour Q-School, Isi Gabsa and Celina Sattelkau both finished within the top 50, earning limited playing rights for the upcoming season. Gabsa finished T21, narrowly missing out on full status by a single stroke. Sattelkau ended the tournament at T36. Carolin Kauffmann just missed the crucial top 50 cutoff, finishing 51st after a bogey on the final hole. The event, shortened to 72 holes due to poor weather, was won by Poland’s Dorota Zalewska with a total score of 19 under par.
LET Q-School: Gabsa’s Late Charge Falls Short
Isi Gabsa delivered her best round of the week on Saturday, carding a 66. She gained momentum with three consecutive birdies on holes 5 through 7 and added four more birdies on the back nine. A lone bogey on hole 12 proved costly, leaving her one shot short of a full tour card and a top-20 finish.
Celina Sattelkau played a steady final round, posting two birdies and one bogey to finish at 6 under par and T36. The 24-year-old improves her status from Category 17 to Category 16 for the 2026 season, a step forward from her previous Order of Merit ranking of 84.
Heartbreak for Kauffmann and Hausmann
Carolin Kauffmann suffered a late setback, dropping out of the top 50 with a bogey on the 18th hole. Despite finishing 51st, she retains Category 17 status due to her 85th place on the Order of Merit and will still have access to most events in 2026.
Sophie Hausmann also missed the top 50, finishing T58 at 3 under par. Her final-round 69, which included an eagle on hole 10, was her best of the week. However, a poor opening round at 3 over par ultimately cost her. Having played primarily on the Epson Tour in the U.S. in recent years, the missed LET card is not a major setback for the 28-year-old.
