Jon Rahm Earns Over $30 Million Without a Single Win in 2025

Jon Rahm delivered strong performances in 2025 and, despite not winning a single event, earned massive prize money.

For Jon Rahm, 2025 was a year full of highs and lows. The Spaniard was a key member of the victorious European Ryder Cup team in New York in September and posted solid results in three of the four Major Championships. However, he failed to win a single tournament throughout the calendar year. Still, his consistent play on the LIV Golf circuit paid off handsomely.

Jon Rahm wins LIV Golf season title without a victory

Rahm enjoyed one of the most consistent seasons of his career. The 30-year-old finished in the top 10 in 12 of 13 LIV Golf events, with his worst result being a T11. He also secured four runner-up finishes. Yet, a tournament win eluded him. In the final event of the LIV Golf season, Rahm shot an 11-under-par final round to tie leader Sebastian Muñoz and force a playoff, but ultimately fell short. Still, his performance was enough to overtake season leader Joaquin Niemann, who finished T4, allowing Rahm to clinch the season-long title by three points. Niemann had won five of the 13 events but inconsistent results in the others cost him the overall crown.

“It takes a lot of things to go right to have a season like Joaquin’s,” Rahm said. “He won five times and played incredible golf. You could argue he deserved it more. But we have this points system, and somehow, I don’t know how, I managed to come out on top.”

Season title brings massive payday

In addition to the trophy, Rahm earned a massive payday. He received $2.25 million for his second-place finish in the final event and a $18 million bonus for winning the season title. That bonus alone accounted for 60% of his total season earnings. In total, Rahm earned $31.6 million during the 2025 LIV Golf season.

The remaining 40% came from his consistent performances throughout the year. He began the season in Riyadh with a runner-up finish worth $1.875 million. Over the next four weeks, he added nearly $2.3 million. After finishing T14 at the Masters, he continued to post strong results, including another second-place finish at his home event in Spain, earning approximately $4.5 million across five LIV events between the Masters and The Open. With T5 and T2 finishes in the final two events before the Indianapolis finale, Rahm added another $2.5 million to his tally.

It was undoubtedly a memorable season for Rahm. “I know I’ll eventually be proud of winning the season without a single tournament win. Right now, it still stings a bit, and it might never happen again,” Rahm said after the season concluded. Still, the over $30 million in his bank account will likely ease the pain of those missed victories.
