DP World Tour tee times are set: Freddy Schott and Yannik Paul join Rory McIlroy at the Crown Australian Open.

The DP World Tour resumes its new season at the historic Royal Melbourne Golf Club. The Crown Australian Open returns to the iconic Composite Course for the first time in over 20 years. The tournament will be played over four rounds with a prize fund of two million Australian dollars. Rory McIlroy begins his 2026 season on the famed Melbourne Sandbelt. Fresh off completing the career Grand Slam in 2025, the Northern Irishman tees off at 07:05 local time on Thursday from Tee 10, alongside home favorite Adam Scott and crowd-pleaser Min Woo Lee. His second round starts Friday at 12:05 from Tee 1. This marks McIlroy’s first appearance at the Australian Open since 2014, when he claimed victory by a single stroke.

German duo Schott and Paul in the field

Germany is represented by two players in Melbourne. Freddy Schott begins his campaign Thursday at 07:45 from Tee 1, playing with Adam Bland and Ben Campbell. His second round is scheduled for Friday at 12:45 from Tee 10. Yannik Paul tees off later on Thursday at 08:45 from Tee 10, alongside Fabrizio Zanotti and Andrew Campbell. He continues Friday at 13:45 from Tee 1.
