Tiger Woods to Celebrate His 50th Birthday with Star-Studded Event

Tiger Woods’ birthday party in January promises a star-studded guest list, top music act, and a title sponsor.

Tiger Woods turned 50 on December 30 and is celebrating this milestone in style. His foundation is hosting a grand birthday party on January 14 featuring an exclusive guest list, a top music act, and a title sponsor, according to Front Office Sports.

The Occasion

A golf legend like Tiger Woods turning 50 calls for a big celebration. Under the theme “RED: Celebrating Legacy,” approximately 300 guests will join the festivities. The party will take place at the luxury resort The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida. Hosted by Woods’ TGR Foundation, the event aims to honor Tiger Woods’ achievements on and off the golf course while also looking ahead. Friends such as Justin Thomas and long-time caddie Joe LaCava, along with other sports personalities, are on the guest list.

The Theme

The evening will center around the birthday honoree. The dress code is “a touch of red,” paying tribute to the iconic final outfit worn by the 15-time major winner, which also inspired his own clothing line. The night’s menu is inspired by the dishes served at the Champions Dinner following his five Masters victories, possibly including elements reminiscent of his first Masters win menu inspired by McDonald’s, featuring cheeseburgers, fries, and milkshakes. The event will be highlighted by a performance from Jon Bon Jovi and is sponsored by the auditing firm Ernst & Young.

The Cause

The celebration also marks the 30th anniversary of Woods’ foundation. The TGR Foundation aims to raise $50 million during the event to support the expansion of TGR Learning Labs, which provide free STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), career programs, and wellness activities for middle and high school students.
