DP World Tour tee times are set: Rory McIlroy returns to Australia alongside Freddy Schott and Yannik Paul.

The DP World Tour kicks off the second leg of its new season at the historic Royal Melbourne Golf Club. The Crown Australian Open returns to the iconic Composite Course for the first time in over 20 years. The tournament will be played over four rounds with a purse of two million Australian dollars. European fans will need to rise early, as Sky Sports begins coverage daily from 03:30 CET starting Thursday.

DP World Tour Tee Times: McIlroy Returns Down Under

Rory McIlroy is back in action on the famed Melbourne Sandbelt. After completing the career Grand Slam in 2025, the Northern Irishman begins his 2026 season in Australia. He tees off at 07:05 local time on Thursday from the 10th tee, alongside hometown hero Adam Scott and fan favorite Min Woo Lee. His second round is scheduled for Friday at 12:05 from the 1st tee. This marks McIlroy’s first appearance at the Australian Open since 2014, when he won by a single stroke.

Schott and Paul Represent Germany

Two German players are also in the field. Freddy Schott begins his first round on Thursday at 07:45 from the 1st tee, playing with Adam Bland and Ben Campbell. His second round is on Friday at 12:45 from the 10th tee. Yannik Paul starts at 08:45 from the 10th tee, grouped with Fabrizio Zanotti and Andrew Campbell. He continues Friday at 13:45 from the 1st tee.
