Black Bush Golf Club Celebrates New Pathways Opening

On December 8th, the new paths at Black Bush Golf Course were officially opened, enhancing the playing experience for members.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade in Ireland Helen McEntee joined the Black Bush Golf Club staff, board members, and captains for this significant occasion. The completion of these new paths marks the end of a project that started more than two years ago when the club first applied for a grant to support these improvements.

Thanks to Government Support

We extend our gratitude to the Irish Government and the sports capital grant for their instrumental support, which made this project possible. A special thank you goes to Minister McEntee for taking time out of her busy schedule to inaugurate the new pathways.

Future of Play at Black Bush

The effort to complete this work across all 27 holes required coordination and teamwork. We are excited to enjoy many years of dry, smooth paths as we navigate around our stunning parkland course.
