During the lunch, Mr. Ross Boone, area coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Society, was present to receive a generous cheque of £1,600. This donation was made on behalf of the Seniors’ Captain, Bob Shipston, who had nominated the charity. Ross expressed his heartfelt thanks to all senior members for their kind contribution.
