Tiger Woods’ 50th Birthday Bash Features Star-Studded Guest List and Charity

Tiger Woods’ birthday party in January will feature a star guest list, top music act, and a title sponsor.

Tiger Woods turned 50 on December 30th, and it is set to be celebrated in style. His foundation is organizing a grand party on January 14th, featuring an exclusive guest list, a star musical act, and even a title sponsor, reports Front Office Sports.

The Occasion

When a golf legend like Tiger Woods turns 50, it calls for a grand celebration. Under the motto “RED: Celebrating Legacy,” about 300 guests will celebrate the milestone in style. The party will take place at the luxury resort The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida. The event is hosted by Woods’ foundation, the TGR Foundation, aiming to honor Tiger Woods’ achievements on and off the golf course, while also looking toward the future. The guest list includes friends such as Justin Thomas and Woods’ longtime caddie Joe LaCava, alongside other sports stars.

The Theme

The evening will center around the birthday honoree. The dress code is “a touch of red,” reflecting the iconic final outfit of the 15-time major winner, which also inspired his own clothing line. The menu will be inspired by the meals Tiger enjoyed at the Champions Dinner following his five Masters victories, potentially including elements of the McDonald’s-inspired menu from his first Masters win, when Woods served cheeseburgers, fries, and milkshakes. A performance by Jon Bon Jovi will cap off the evening, which is even presented by a title sponsor: the accounting firm Ernst & Young.

The Charity Purpose

The event will not only celebrate 50 years of Tiger Woods’ life but also mark the 30th anniversary of his foundation. The TGR Foundation aims to raise 50 million dollars during the evening to support the expansion of TGR Learning Labs, which offer free STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics), career-related programs, and wellness activities for middle and high school students.
