Tommy Fleetwood capped off 2025 with his first PGA Tour win and over $25 million in prize money, marking his best season yet.
For Tommy Fleetwood, 2025 was a breakthrough year. After years of consistent performances, he finally secured his first PGA Tour victory, maintained strong form across both major tours, and earned more prize money than ever before.
First PGA Tour Victory for Tommy Fleetwood
Fleetwood has long been known as one of the most consistent players in professional golf, but a win on American soil had eluded him—until the Tour Championship in August. There, he outplayed the season’s best to claim the title and a $10 million winner’s check. Signs of a standout season had already emerged earlier, with a fifth-place finish at the Genesis Invitational and a near-win at the Travelers Championship, where he still earned $1.76 million.
FedEx Cup Playoffs Boost Earnings
The late summer proved especially lucrative. Fleetwood finished third at the St. Jude Championship and fourth at the BMW Championship during the FedEx Cup Playoffs. These strong performances not only added to his prize money but also earned him valuable points toward bonus payouts. In total, he collected an additional $4.2 million from FedEx Cup and Comcast Business Tour bonuses.
Success on the DP World Tour
Fleetwood also found success on the DP World Tour. He claimed his eighth career title in India, earning $680,000. He finished runner-up at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship ($980,000) and third at the season finale in Dubai ($486,250). His fifth-place finish in the Race to Dubai standings added another $450,000. Across 23 global starts, with nine top-10 finishes and only one missed cut, Fleetwood amassed $25,488,218.07 in total earnings. He now ranks among the top 30 on the PGA Tour’s all-time money list and sits fourth on the DP World Tour’s career earnings list, behind Rory McIlroy, Lee Westwood, and Justin Rose.
