DP World Tour Championship: Season Finale in Dubai
This week marks the grand finale of the DP World Tour with the DP World Tour Championship held on the Earth Course at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai, UAE. The top 50 players in the Race to Dubai standings will battle for the prestigious Harry Vardon Trophy and the tournament title. Defending champion Rory McIlroy headlines a strong field that includes Robert MacIntyre, Tommy Fleetwood, and Tyrrell Hatton. Germany’s Nicolai von Dellingshausen also secured a spot in the final, as did Aaron Rai, who earned his ticket with a playoff win at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship.
PGA Tour: Butterfield Bermuda Championship
The PGA Tour heads to Bermuda for the penultimate fall event, the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. German players Jeremy Paul, Thomas Rosenmüller, and Matti Schmid—who recently finished eighth at the World Wide Technology Championship—are all in the field on the Atlantic island.
Champions and LPGA Tours Also in Action
The PGA Tour Champions wraps up its season with the Charles Schwab Cup Championship. Last year’s winner Bernhard Langer returns alongside fellow German Alex Cejka to contend for the title. Meanwhile, the LPGA Tour hosts The Annika driven by Gainbridge at Pelican in Belleair, Florida. German players Olivia Cowan, Esther Henseleit, Caroline Masson, and Aline Krauter are joined by Swiss golfers Albane Valenzuela and Morgane Metraux.
Q-School Finale in Spain
At Infinitum Golf near Tarragona, Spain, the final stage of DP World Tour Q-School is underway. Over six rounds, 20 coveted tour cards for the 2026 season are up for grabs. The top 60 after four rounds advance to the final two rounds. Nine German players are competing to secure or retain their DP World Tour status: Max Kieffer, Yannik Paul, Jannik de Bruyn, Anton Albers, Nick Bachem, Jan Schneider, Michael Hirmer, Carl Siemens, and Philipp Katich
