Joe Pownell’s Golfing Journey
Joe’s love for golf began in his youth, inspired by his golf-enthusiast family. He developed his skills at Fairfield Golf Club, competing in the junior section with his brother. In 2015, he earned a Diploma in Golf Studies from Myerscough College, laying the foundation for his professional career.
Experience and Passion for Junior Golf
Joe launched his professional journey at Ashton-under-Lyne Golf Club, where he completed his PGA training over four years. During this time, he gained valuable experience as a coach, club fitter, and retailer. Joe is especially passionate about mentoring junior players and fostering a love for the sport among the next generation.
